Where's your summit?

If you're like most people, your life's track has been altered in some way due to an injury. Whether it be an accident, overload or overuse, it happens. You may feel confused, and may very well have accepted that your current symptoms are your "new normal". 

It doesn't have to be your "new normal". 

You get to determine how your injury defines you. Helping individuals manage their complaints and reach a higher and greater "new normal" is what fuels us. Our goal is not only to get you back to doing whatever it is you want to do, but to give you tools to recover, gain strength and live your life on your own terms.

Therapy Techniques and Methods


"Active Release Technique"

Commonly referred to as the gold standard soft tissue treatment, A.R.T. is used  universally by professional sports teams and athletes. A.R.T. focuses on breaking myofascial adhesions to increase muscle pliability and range of motion


"Functional and Kinematic Treatment with Rehabilitation." Consisting of movement based treatment techniques, along with instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations, F.A.K.T.R works by mobilizing joints and soft tissues, while improving range of motion, strength and endurance. 

Chiropractic Care

Consisting mainly of manual mobilizations and manipulation of joints, chiropractic care works by restoring ranges of motion to joints and reducing pain. Evaluating, mobilizing and manipulating joints and regions has been shown to decrease overall injury length and pain severity.

Functional Rehabilitation

Movement is life. It is essential to move, but just as important to move right for you. Functional Rehabilitation programs will address faulty regions of movement and work to build strength, flexibility or endurance to return to your activity of choice.
